Supporting Oakland-Craig educators, the O-C Parent Teacher Organization is hosting a Knights Tailgate on Friday from 5-7 p.m. at the Oakland Golf Club Driving Range. Everyone is invited to come and enjoy the festivities as the Knights host the Ponca Indians for the annual Homecoming Game.
Ashley Johnson of the O-C PTO said that the entry fee for the tailgate is a freewill donation. A cash bars will be available and spirit items such as pom poms, face tattoos, and glow necklaces will be for sale. You can even get in on an opportunity to soak OC teachers and administrators in the dunk tank!

“The money raised will be used to support teacher classroom funds, provide meals during parent-teacher conferences, and to provide years-of-service awards at the end of the year,” Johnson shared.
Additionally, bounce houses, kid’s activities, games and snacks will be on site.
