Oakland Avenue, Oakland, NE, to consider the following: Discussion of Conditional Use Permit for Lot18 and PTLot17 and 19, Block 48, Hulbert’s Addition, Oakland, NE, Burt County, commonly known as 703 N. Thomas Ave. At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the City Council will receive the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission, and the City Council will determine whether the conditional use permits.
