Oakland Avenue, Oakland, NE, to consider the following: Discussion of Replat of L9-16 Block 17, Original Town of Oakland., to become replat 1 of Block 17, Original Town of Oakland. At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the City Council will receive the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission, and the City Council will determine whether the replat continues forward.
