Oakland Avenue, Oakland, NE, to consider the following: Discussion of Conditional Use Permit for Lot 1 & 2, Block 3, Oakland Addition, Oakland, NE, Burt County, commonly known as 214 E Third St. At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the City Council will receive the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission, and the City Council will determine whether the conditional use permits.
