CITY OF OAKLAND, NEBRASKA CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED ANNEXATION PUBLIC NOTICE The City Council of the City of Oakland will hold a public hearing and meeting following the budget /tax levy hearings on September 16th, 2024 at the Municipal Building, 401 N. Oakland Avenue, Oakland, NE, to consider the following: to receive public comment regarding the proposed annexation of the following properties into the City, to wit: Johnson Subdivision. At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the City Council will receive the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission, and the City Council will determine whether the proposed annexation of Johnson Subdivision.
