PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to Nebraska Statute and the District by-laws, notice is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Burt County Public Power District located at 613 North 13th Street in Tekamah, Nebraska will be held at the District office in Tekamah, Nebraska on Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 8:00 A.M. Further notice is hereby given that the agenda for said regular meeting will be kept continually current for inspection at the District office located at 613 North 13th Street in Tekamah, Nebraska during normal business hours, provided however; that the Board of Directors shall have the right to modify the agenda to include items of an emergency nature at said meeting when convened.
