PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Tekamah Airport Joint Zoning Board and the Tekamah Airport Joint Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold an emergency meeting on September 29, 2025, 7:00 p.m., at the Tekamah Airport Conference Room. An agenda for this meeting, kept continuously current, is available for inspection at the Tekamah Airport. The agenda may be modified 24 hours prior to such meeting. The meeting shall include: 1. Closed session discussion of litigation against the Board and its officers and members; action on emergency need to retain legal representation; and 2. Public comment.
