NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE In the District Court of Burt County, Nebraska By virtue of an Order of Sale issued out of the District Court of Burt County, Nebraska, to and in pursuance of a Decree of said Court in the action therein indexed as Case No CI 25-30, issued the 9th day of April, 2026, wherein Midwest Management is Plaintiff and Brenda Penny aka Brenda Weston, Dody w Mossman, John Doe, Mary Doe; and all other persons/entities UNKNOWN are Defendants; I will at 10:00 o’clock A.M. on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, on the first floor of the Burt County Courthouse in the City of Tekamah, Burt County, Nebraska, sell at public auction to the highest bidder for money order, cashier check, or cash, the following described property, to-wit: Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 24 North, Range 10 East of the 6th P.M., Burt County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: From the Southeast comer of said Section 22, thence South 90°00'00" West (assumed bearing) along the Southerly lieu of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 22 a distance of 434.29 feet to a right-of-way marker on the Easterly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 75; thence North 36°05'56" West along said easterly highway right-of-way line a distance of 335.61 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing North 36°05'56" West along said easterly highway right-of-way line a distance of 391.93 feet to an Iron found at the Northwest comer of3.0 acre tract of land surveyed by Joe P. Nealy, LC-22 and dated May 25, 1978; thence South 34°38'17" East along the Northerly Line of said previously surveyed tract of land a distance of 560.00 feet; thence South 00°01'15" West along the Easterly Line of said previously surveyed tract of land a distance of 295.00 feet; thence North 84°38'15" West along the Southerly line of said previously surveyed tract of land a distance of 327.96 feet to the point of beginning.
