NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS CITY OF TEKAMAH, NEBRASKA PLANNING COMMISSION The Planning Commission of the City of Tekamah will hold public hearings at 7:00 p.m. on April 22, 2026, at the City Auditorium, 1315 K Street, to consider the following: 1. The rezoning of the following real property within the City from Single· Family Residential (R-1) to Multiple· Family Residential (R-2): Lots 8 through 14, Daybreak Hill Addition, a Subdivision in the City of Tekamah, Burt County, Nebraska. 2. The subdivision/replatting (preliminary and final) of the following real property within the City: Lots 8 through 14, Daybreak Hill Addition, a Subdivision in the City of Tekamah, Burt County, Nebraska. At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the Planning Commission will recommend to the Tekamah City Council whether the above-referenced rezoning and subdivision/replatting of the foregoing real property should be made.
