NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING CITY OF OAKLAND, NEBRASKA PLANNING COMMISSION OCTOBER 1ST 2026 The Planning Commission of the City of Oakland will hold a public hearing and meeting at 12:00 p.m. on October 1 st , 2026 at the Municipal Building, 401 N. Oakland Avenue, Oakland, NE, to consider the following: Review and possible approval of Lot Split of “a parcel of land located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 22 North, Range 9 EAST OF THE 6TH P.M., Burt County, Nebraska.” At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the Planning Commission will recommend to the City Council whether the foregoing any recommendations of the reviewed zoning regulations / requirements.
