NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS AND REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING CITY OF LYONS, NEBRASKA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Lyons, Nebraska, will hold a public hearing at the Lyons City Hall, 335 Main Street, Lyons, Nebraska, at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, the 10th day of December, 2024. The Regular Meeting will follow the Public Hearing. An agenda for such meetings, kept continuously current, is available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk at City Hall. Except for items of an emergency nature, the agenda shall not be enlarged later than twenty-four hours before the scheduled commencement of the meeting. The purpose of the hearing is to hear comments, suggestions, agreements, or objections pertaining to the adoption of an official zoning map, as amended. All parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard at the hearing.
