NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning Commission of Decatur, Nebraska, will hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in Decatur, Nebraska on the 15th Day of October, 2025 at 10:00 AM for the purpose of a recommendation to the Village Board of Decatur, Nebraska, to adopt the Decatur, Nebraska Redevelopment Area Blight and Substandard Determination Study and General Redevelopment Plan, pursuant to the Community Development Law, Nb. Rev. Stat. sections 18-2101 et seq., whereby the entirety of the Village and additional lands of approximately 58.1 acres located adjacent to the current southern corporate limits of the Village may be declared blighted and substandard and in need of redevelopment. A map of the area that may be determined to be blighted and substandard and a copy of the above-referenced study and redevelopment plan may be viewed at the Village Clerkâs office, 913 South Broadway, Decatur, Nebraska 68020, telephone number 402-349-5360.
