NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND REGULAR MEETING PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF LYONS, NEBRASKA Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Lyons, Nebraska, will hold a public hearing at the Lyons Public Library Meeting Room at 5:30 p.m. on the 5TH day of December, 2024. The Regular Meeting will follow the Public Hearing. The purpose of the hearing is to hear comments, suggestions, agreements, or objections pertaining to the adoption of an official zoning map, as amended. All parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard at the hearing.
