NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING CITY OF TEKAMAH, NEBRASKA CITY COUNCIL The City Council of the City of Tekamah will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on October 8, 2026, at the City Auditorium, 1315 K Street, Tekamah, NE 68061, during the Tekamah City Council meeting to consider amendments to the City’s zoning regulations permitting the maintenance and use of shipping containers in certain zoning districts and prohibiting the maintenance and use of shipping containers in other zoning districts under the jurisdiction of the City. At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, the City Council will receive the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission, and the City Council will determine whether the above-referenced amendments should be made.
