NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING CITY OF OAKLAND, NEBRASKA PLANNING COMMISSION The Planning Commission of the City of Oakland will hold a public hearing and meeting at 6:30 p.m. on February 4th, 2025 at the Municipal Building, 401 N. Oakland Avenue, Oakland, NE, to consider the following: Discussion of Storage Container requirements within the zoning to be supplemented. Discussions of updates relating to Lechtenberg Subdivision agenda. At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the Planning Commission will recommend to the City Council whether the foregoing conditional use permit.
