Oakland Avenue, Oakland, NE, to consider the following: Discussion of Rezoning C3 area within the City of Oakland NE Corporate limits to zoning of R2. Discussion of Lot Split for Lot 14, Block 5, City of Oakland, Burt County, Nebraska (Parcel ID# 112614100). At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the City Council will receive the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission, and the City Council will determine whether the rezoning and lot split to move forward.
