NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING CITY OF LYONS, NEBRASKA PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that The Planning Commission of the City of Lyons, will hold a public hearing and meeting at 6:00 o’clock P.M. on Wednesday, October 07, 2026, at the Lyons Public Library, 305 Main Street, Lyons, NE 68037, which meeting will be open to the public. An agenda for such meeting, kept continuously current, is available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk at the City Hall. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider the rezoning of the following real property within the City of Lyons from Residential (R-1) to Industrial District (I-1), to wit: W305'N280' SECOND COURT ADD LYONS, City of Lyons, Burt County, Nebraska. Parcel: 111903100. At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the Planning Commission will recommend to the City Council whether said rezoning of the foregoing real property from Residential (R-1) to Industrial District (I-1) should be made.
