The Board of Education of the Lyons-Decatur School District No. 20 met in a Special Budget Hearing on Monday, September 9, 2024, in the media center. Present were Archer, Bacon, Brehmer, Christiansen, Miller, Myers, Petersen, Troutman, and Vlach. The open meetings act rules are posted on the north wall of the media center. Christiansen opened the duly publicized 2024-2025 budget hearing at 7:31 p.m. The proposed 2024-2025 budget was presented. The hearing was called for the purpose of hearing support, opposition, criticism, suggestions, or observations of taxpayers relating to the 2024-2025 School Budget. No visitors were present.
