Parcel ID 0114201300 Sealed bids must be received by the Burt County Clerk’s Office at 111 N. 13th Street, Suite 8, Tekamah on or before July 9, 2024, at 4:30 PM. Bids will be opened on July 10, 2024, at 9:30 am, at the Board of Supervisors meeting. Winning bids will be awarded at that time and must be paid in cash within 24 hours. Quit Claim Deeds will be prepared and filed transferring title of the property to the successful bidder however, any prior liens on the property will remain in place (excluding real estate taxes).
