Village of Craig Board Proceedings May 8th, 2025 Village of Craig Board of Trustees met in regular session May 8th, 2025, at 7:00p.m. at the Craig Fire Hall. Advance notice was shown to the public with a post at the Village office and Craig Post Office. A copy of the notice is on file at the Craig Village Office. Board Members present: Board Chair, Melissa Pedersen, Jean Meyer, Roxy Sachs, Elizabeth Smith, and Mike Uhing. Also present, Bart Meyer, Elizabeth Dunn, Barb Hill and community members. Meyer and E. Dunn. The board members approved of the INFORMATIONAL CLOSED SESSION ITEMS APPROVED A motion to approve the consent agenda was made by R. Sachs and seconded by M. Uhing. All present voted AYE. Items included in consent agenda: May 8th, 2025, agenda, April 10th, 2025, minutes, and May 2025 claims. R. Sachs made a motion to remove group B from the Sawyer Bid at $82,148. J. Meyer seconded the motion. All present voted AYE. They will now draw up contracts to move forward with a potential start date of June 9, 2025. R. Sachs made a motion to approve Weise’s Plumbing to do two of the gate valves. E. Smith seconded. All present voted AYE. R. Sachs made a motion to approve the land survey at the Village’s cost. E. Smith seconded the motion. All present voted AYE. J. Meyer made a motion to approve of Barb Hill as the new Village Clerk and Treasurer starting at $17 per hour for 20 hours a week. R. Sachs seconded the motion. All present voted AYE. R. Sachs made a motion to approve of the May Treasurer’s Report . M. Uhing seconded the motion. All present voted AYE. E. Smith made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:07pm. J.
