Village of Craig Board Proceedings June 12th, 2025 Village of Craig, Board of Trustees met in regular session June 12, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. at the Craig Fire Hall. Advance notice was given to the public with a post at the Village Office and Craig Post Office. A copy of the notice is on file at the Craig Village Office. Board Members present: Board Chair; Melissa Pedersen, Trustees: Jean Meyer; Roxy Sachs, Elizabeth Smith, and Mike Uhing. Also present were Bart Meyer; Barbara J. Hill, and various community members. APPROVED BILLS AND CLAIMS: Greg Brummond: $2,010.60; Brummond Disposal: $1,150; One Call Concepts, lnc: $4.45; Braniff Services, tire repair: $20.00; Verizon Wireless: $112.91; ACCO: $730.90; Oakland lndependent: $55.45; JEO: $11,272.75; Platte Valley Equipment: $1,000.00; Bomgaars: $44.79; Christensen Electric, LLC: $125.00; Johnson & Mock: $871.00; NPPD: $2,482.35; ATCO: $534.05; Nebraska Department Environmental Lab: $15.00; Black Hills Energy: $109.08; Taxes: $1,179.13; Payroll: $5,629.62, Total: $27,651.50. DEPARTMENT REPORTS: Department reports were given by B. Meyer and B. Hill. ITEMS APPROVED: A motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Meyer and seconded by Sachs. All Trustees voted AYE. ltems included in consent agenda: June 12th, 2025 agenda, May 8th, 2025, minutes, and June 2025 claims. B Meyer reported that we needed another truck load of cold patch. Motion was made by Sachs and seconded by Uhing to approve more cold patch. All Trustees voted AYE. The letter reference the reunification plan with Oakland-Craig Public Schools dated 2021 was brought up at the meeting. Since our keys to the gym have been changed, it was approved to replace with three keys to the new lock and have them delivered to the Oakland-Craig Public School. Barbara J. Hill was sworn in to her position as Clerk/Treasurer by the Board Chair, Pedersen. June Treasurer's Report (May Expenses) Motion for approval made by Meyer, seconded by Smith. All present voted AYE.
