PUBLIC NOTICE The Oakland Housing Authority has developed its’ Agency Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. It is available for review at the Authority’s office located at 100 N Aurora Ave, Oakland, NE 68045. The Authority’s hours of operation are 8:00am-11:00am Monday thru Friday. In addition, a public hearing will be held on July 6th at 8:00am. The public is welcome to attend to view the Capital Fund 5-Year Statement and the 2026 Annual Plan.
