PUBLIC NOTICE The Oakland Housing Authority has developed its’ Agency Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. It is available for review at the Authority’s office located at 100 N Aurora Ave, Oakland, NE 68045. The Authority’s hours of operation are 8:00am-11:00am Monday thru Friday. In addition, a public hearing will be held on June 2nd at 8:00am. The public is welcome to attend to view the Capital Fund 5-Year Statement and 2025 Annual Plan. The Oakland Housing Authority has held a public meeting in Compliance with Notice 24CFR Part 905 on July 7th, 2025 at the Authority’s office at 8:00am. ZNEZ OI 05-29 & 06-05-25
