Public Hearing Notice Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by St. Francis Services LLC, dba Joyride Public Transit on March 3, 2025 at 5:00pm at Franciscan Healthcare on 2nd level in the Francis room, at 430 N Monitor Street, West Point NE 68788 for the purpose of considering a project for which financial assistance is being sought from the Federal Transit Administration, pursuant to the Federal Transit Act (FTA), generally described as follows: Purpose of the project is for operating assistance to provide general public transportation. St. Francis Services LLC will present the grant budget and seek input for expansion of service area at the public hearing. The grant funding will provide federal financial assistance. At the hearing, St. Francis Services will afford an opportunity for interested persons or agencies to be heard with respect to the social, economic and environmental aspects of the project. Interested persons may submit orally or in writing evidence and recommendations with respect to said project. A copy of the Application for a Federal Grant for the proposed project is available for public inspection at 100 W Ninth St, Oakland NE 68045.
