NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed proposals for the construction, including the supply of necessary labor, equipment, and materials for the rural electric project of Burt County Public Power District, to be known as the Herman East Distribution Line project, will be received by Burt County Public Power District (hereinafter referred to as OWNER) until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, March 26th, 2026, in its office at 613 N 13th St, Tekamah, Ne 68061, Attn. Jon Dockhorn. At that time, the bids will be publicly opened and read. Any Proposal received subsequent to the time specified will be promptly returned to the BIDDER unopened. Specifications and all other necessary forms and documents for bidders may be examined in the OWNER’s office in Tekamah, Nebraska or may be requested from the OWNER, P.O. Box 209, Tekamah, Nebraska 68061 for a $40 non-refundable fee. All proposals must be made in strict accordance with instructions in said bidding forms and on those forms. The OWNER may disregard bids which are not made in accordance with these instructions. The OWNER will award the contract to the responsive and responsible bidder submitting the lowest and best evaluated bid under provisions of law or, at its sole discretion, may reject any or all bids.
