Notice to Bidders Project Name: 2025 Pavement Preservation Project Number: C-11(450) Project Description & Scope: Work on the project includes the following: • Approximately 15.2 miles of armor coat, • Approximately 7.3 miles of scrub mastic surface seal, • Approximately 4.5 miles of concrete crack and joint sealing, • and approximately 33.4 miles of pavement marking The work is located at multiple sites throughout Burt County. See the Contract Documents for the locations and descriptions for each site. The selected bidder shall furnish necessary equipment, transportation, labor, materials, and incidentals required to complete the work as per the Contract Documents. Award of the Contract will be in accordance with the County Purchasing Act’s competitive bidding considerations as set forth in Neb.Rev.Stat. §§ 23-3110 to 23-3114. Each bidder will be required to submit bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable, without condition, to the Treasurer of Burt County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the accompanied bid proposal. The bidder shall include with its bid proposal an estimated start date and completion date for all work on the project.
