The incumbents whose terms will currently expire are Dwane Piere and Scott Lindstrom. Application of candidates for nomination shall be filed in the office of the Secretary of State of Nebraska as required by law and each said application shall be accompanied by a receipt in the amount of Ten Dollars from the County Treasurer of the County in which the candidate resides.
