Association of Sewing and Design Professionals, Great Plains Chapter, a Nebraska nonprofit corporation, has filed Articles of Dissolution with the Nebraska Secretary of State. After the payment of any expenses incurred incidental to the dissolution of the Corporation, the Corporation intends to distribute any remaining assets to the Association of Sewing and Design Charitable Foundation. Karen Ahrens, President and Incorporator of the Corporation, will wind up and liquidate the affairs of the Corporation. All claims against the Corporation shall be presented in writing and shall set forth the nature of the claim and the amount claimed to be owed to Karen Ahrens, 400 N. Davis, Oakland, NE 68045.
