INVITATION TO BID Tree Planting Decatur, NE Proposals will be taken through July 31, 2026 for the planting of 38 new trees in Decatur, NE in the spring of 2027. Trees must be 1.5”– 2” caliper and listed among the approved trees to replace ash trees from PlantNebraska: https://plantnebraska.org/file_download/inline/afb567e6-db83-4253-b4b3-6ece1efec77c Work must be completed during the period from April 1, 2027 to May 31, 2027. There are three lots: * LOT 1: Ash 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 (13 trees, Beck Memorial Park) * LOT 2: Ash 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 (13 trees, Beck Memorial Park) * LOT 3: Ash 1, 7, 8, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38 (12 trees, various Decatur locations) Bids must be made separately for each lot (1-3 bids), with a price per tree. The price for any single tree cannot exceed $400.00. To place a bid, list all qualifying trees from the PlantNebraska list that you will have available for planting by April 1, 2027.
