INVITATION TO BID Sealed Proposals for the construction of “2025 Pavement Improvements” will be received by the Village of Decatur at 913 South Broadway Street, Decatur, NE 68020 until 10:00 AM on the 5th day of June, 2025, and thereafter will be read out loud. The project will be awarded as one agreement and is generally described as follows: Project Description: The project involves pavement removal and replacement of approximately 1,065 SF of pavement, 125 SF of sidewalk, and 22 LF of curb and gutter in the Village of Decatur. The site is available for inspection. Proposals will be taken for said construction work listed above by unit prices, as aggregate bid. All Proposals for said construction work must be made on blanks furnished by the Engineer. Copies of the contract documents are on file with the Village of Decatur for examination by bidders. Complete digital project bidding documents are available from the Village at no cost by emailing a request to (decaturclerk@nntc.net). In order to bid the project, the contract documents must be issued directly by the Village of Decatur to the bidder. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities and irregularities and to make awards on bids which furnish the materials and construction that will, in their opinion serve the best interest of the Owner, and also reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
