City of Oakland Council Proceedings September 22nd, 2025 Regular Council Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a regular meeting of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Oakland, Nebraska, will be held at ** on Monday , September 22nd, 2025 following the budget hearing and final tax levy hearing** at the Municipal Building, 401 North Oakland Avenue in Oakland, Nebraska for the regular monthly meeting. The City of Oakland’s City Council will hold a Public Hearing to gather public opinion regarding any support or concerns regarding a Blight and Substandard Determination Study at the City Hall on September 22nd, 2025 around 7:00pm. The draft study is available in the City Clerk’s office for examination. The area is generally east of the intersection of US Highway 77 and NE Highway 32.
